Terms of sale

DSP32 sells audio plugin software, Wurmdrive and Wurmhole, as digital downloads. Prices are in US dollars: $29 per plugin, $49 for both. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

After payment you receive an email with your license key and a link to the installers. The Windows VST3 versions are available now. The Mac versions (AU and VST3) are in final signing; your key will unlock them too, at no extra cost, and we will email you when they are ready.

System requirements: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and a VST3 host; Mac requirements will be listed when the Mac versions ship.

License

• Your key is for you: install the plugin on the computers you use yourself, on Windows and Mac. Don't share or resell the key.
• You own what you make with the plugins: use them on commercial and non-commercial recordings, live, in any amount, with no royalties.
• Don't reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the software.
• Updates within the same major version are free.
• The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, DSP32 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to what you paid.

Refund policy

Because the plugins are digital and the license cannot be returned, sales are final, with one exception: if a plugin will not run on a system that meets the requirements above, tell us at support@dsp32.com within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to fix it, and if we can't get it running within 14 days of your report, we refund you in full.

A refunded license key is revoked in the next update.

Privacy policy

• Purchases: Stripe collects your name, email and payment details to process the order. We receive your name, email and order number to issue and email your license key, and we keep them to resend keys and handle support.
• Mailing list: if you join, we store your email address to send occasional DSP32 updates. Every email lets you unsubscribe, or ask us to delete it.
• License keys carry your name and email and are checked offline inside the plugin. The plugins do not send data back to us.
• This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs for security and delivery.
• We do not sell or share your data, except with the services that run the order: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Resend (email delivery).
• Ask us at support@dsp32.com for a copy of your data or to delete it. Order records needed for tax and accounting are kept as long as the law requires.
